The Stock Horse Mare was first released in 1982. You can tell the 1982 edition from the rest because it has the left foreleg raised. It was discovered that the mold was unstable in this position and was retooled and re-released in 1983 with the left foreleg touching the ground. It was sculpted by Chris Hess. It is Breyer mold #227. It is Traditional sized.
